A growing consultancy firm in Dubai is looking for a motivated and professional Sales Executive to support its business development efforts across UAE with main focus in Dubai. This is a field-based, part-time role suited for a confident, self-driven individual who enjoys meeting corporate decision-makers and building business relationships.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives outside of a traditional office environment and is comfortable taking initiative in the field.

 

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential corporate clients, initiating contact through in-person visits, introducing the company’s services, and generating qualified business opportunities. The focus of the role is on consistent pipeline development and supporting the company’s client acquisition strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct regular field visits to companies across designated business areas in Dubai

· Identify and approach HR managers, department heads, and decision-makers

· Introduce the company’s consultancy and advisory services in a clear and professional manner

· Build initial rapport and establish long-term business relationships

· Qualify prospects by understanding their hiring, HR, or organizational needs

· Arrange follow-up meetings, calls, or proposal discussions with management

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, visits, and pipeline activities using the company’s CRM system.

· Support management with market intelligence and competitor feedback

· Ensure all client interactions reflect the company’s professionalism and values

· Protect confidentiality of company information, leads, and client data

 

Candidate Profile

· 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate service promotion

· Strong communication and presentation skills

· Confident, well-groomed, and comfortable engaging with corporate professionals

· Self-disciplined and able to work independently

· Familiar with the UAE business environment

· Valid UAE driving license is a must

Our client, a reputable and growing healthcare clinic in Dubai, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administration Manager to oversee administrative operations and ensure full regulatory compliance.

This is a key operational role requiring strong organizational capability, documentation control expertise, and familiarity with UAE regulatory frameworks.

 

The Role

The Administration Manager will be responsible for managing the clinic’s administrative functions, documentation processes, front desk operations, and PRO activities, ensuring efficient internal coordination and compliance with local authorities.

 

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee daily office administration and operational coordination

· Manage company documentation, records, licenses, and official correspondence

· Supervise receptionist/front desk operations to ensure professional patient experience

· Coordinate and monitor PRO activities including visas, labor matters, and government transactions

· Ensure compliance with Dubai and UAE healthcare regulations and licensing requirements

· Liaise with regulatory authorities and external service providers

· Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)

· Support management with reports, renewals tracking, and compliance deadlines

 

Candidate Profile

· Minimum 5 years of administrative management experience in the UAE

· Prior experience within a clinic, healthcare facility, or regulated environment is highly preferred

· Strong knowledge of UAE licensing procedures, labor regulations, and government portals

· Proficient in MS Office applications and experienced in handling UAE government online systems (e.g., MOHRE, DHA, Immigration portals)

· Good understanding of medical insurance workflows, approvals, and coordination processes

· Experience supervising administrative staff and front desk teams

· Highly organized with strong documentation and compliance management skills

· Professional communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

· Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information

· Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
